Planning in Chapel Services for 150 Years
A chapel is a venue which is typically a lot smaller than a church but is still regarded as a Christian place of prayer and worship. Chapels are usually distinguished from churches by the fact they don’t typically have a parish or monastic community permanently attached to them. If your funeral arrangements are for a small, low-key service with an intimate gathering, a chapel is an excellent choice of venue.
In our Chapel of Rest, you and other funeral-goers can come to view the deceased one last time. This is a good way to remember them as they were in happier times or to see them at peace one last time. While this can be a difficult decision to make, viewings often help to begin the healing process, providing a sense of closure for loved ones.
